Catherine's lifetime search to integrate and balance the powerful connection between mind, body and spirit has lead her to gain a wealth of experience encompassing the intellectual and spiritual as well as the physical.

Initially qualifying as a fitness instructor, then as a Hatha yoga teacher, she has studied many other disciplines over the last 25 years including karate, tai chi, dance and pilates. Catherine is also a fully qualified lawyer and ran her own practice for several years.

Her quest has lead her to study such diversities as reflexology, quantum physics, ancient symbolism, counselling, dream analysis, the Tarot and Jungian psychology. She has also studied holistic complementary therapies designed to treat the whole person, not just the symptom or the disease, by helping the body's natural ability to balance, heal and maintain itself. She is a fully qualified Holistic Healer and Aromatherapist.

Catherine passionately believes in the influence of both the conscious and sub conscious mind on the body and the spirit. By unravelling their mysterious language she believes the individual can draw upon a potential inner source of wisdom offering help and guidance enabling them to derive the highest potential of learning and healing.
